Lunch and Learn

Abella offers group parenting classes to support and educate new and expectant parents. Our English session takes place on the first Monday of each month, while our Spanish session is held on the first Thursday of each month.

Each class covers a unique topic designed to empower you with essential parenting skills. Topics include infant hygiene, car seat safety, CPR, maternal nutrition, and more. A complimentary lunch is provided for all registered participants.
