Abella Women's Center offers free parenting classes in Quincy, Florida. Our Earn and Learn Parenting Program is a unique way for new and soon to be parents to earn material aid for their child.
PREGNANCY ESSENTIALS
Our course is dedicated to equipping you with practical information to support you throughout all nine months. Topics covered include:
- Eating for two
- Your baby’s development
- Coping with pregnancy emotions
- Understanding your changing body
- Preparing for your baby

PARENTHOOD ESSENTIALS
At Abella Women's Center we want to provide you with valuable knowledge on various aspects of parenting, addressing concerns and providing essential resources. Topics covered include:
- Infant care
- Nutrition
- Sleep and crying
- Potty training
- Mother and Fatherhood program
Participating in our ‘Earn While You Learn’ parenting program allows you to earn credits while attending classes. These credits can be redeemed in our Baby Boutique, where you’ll find essential supplies such as clothing, toiletries, diapers, and more.
FATHERHOOD IniTIATIVE
At Abella, we recognize the important role that fathers play in their child's life. To encourage active participation, we offer a special incentive for dads who engage in our parenting sessions. Fathers who attend five sessions will receive a brand-new car seat to help ensure their baby's safety on the road.
Those who complete ten sessions will receive a car seat and stroller combo, providing even greater support as they prepare for parenthood. This program is designed to equip fathers with valuable parenting knowledge while also rewarding their commitment to their child's well-being. Contact us for more information.
